Sanj Chott

Sanj Chott has always been passionate about people participating in any physical activity. He has an extensive background in Shaolin Kung Fu and works full time as a Sports Massage Therapist. This has allowed him to turn his passion into a very rewarding and enjoyable career.

Sanj qualified at Body Basics, School of Body Therapy in London and has experience in Remedial, Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy. He specializes in Deep Tissue pressure and stretching to release difficult muscular adhesions.

Sanj works with recreational sports people and non-sports people to help them relieve muscle tension and any problems associated with their daily activities, work stresses, posture and strains etc.

Sanj has a unique tailor made style, making massage an integral part of your wellness plan.
