Structured plyometrics, resistance and cardiovascular exercises to enhance your co-ordination skills, strength, energy and flexibility to improve overall functionality
Experience a blast of energy with these short, high intensity intervals interspersed between motivating music to take indoor cycle to the next level.
Start the week with maximum motivation and dynamism. The Boot Camp workout will set you up with energy and great moves through a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises – and no mud involved!
A dynamic, low impact mixed class, to add to all over body tone and strength and create a smoother, leaner silhouette. Dumbells and your own body weight are used in a combination of exercises which will also engage core muscles throughout to support technique, balance and posture as the exercises become more challenging. Complimented with additional balance work, core conditioning and stretching, it is ideal for all those who enjoy the variety of a circuit class but with none of the traditional exercises.
Jump on board with this high impact, high intensity class! It is led by qualified athletics coach and Personal Trainer, Edit Posa and spaces are limited to just 6 per class. It is a challenging and unique session which may not leave you jumping for joy but you’ll certainly leave with a spring in your step and the assurance of a great work out in just 30 minutes.
