The CityPoint Personal Training team combine the physical and psychological aspects of fitness training and combined with the elements of nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, are able to help the client attain the balance of these 3 elements to assist the client in achieving both health and fitness goals.

We are proud to have some of the finest trainers in London whose specialisations range from Weight Management, Sports Specific Training, Injury Rehabilitation, Specialist Populations/G.P.Referral through to Behaviour Modification.
