12 weekly coaching sessions delivered at The City Point Club in an enjoyable, friendly group environment. Key features:
- Written by clinical psychologists, nutritionists and fitness professionals
- Does not remove any major food group, restrict the times you are permitted to eat nor count calories
- Based on the results of over 10 years of evidence based scientific research studies in weight management
- Consists of 12 modules, delivered in a 1 hour session over a 12 week period - only 3 of which are about the importance of activity in long term weight management
- The other 9 modules relate to understanding the role of 8 key behaviour changes and developing individual strategies to ovcercome barriers to change. The programme also includes various aspects of nutritional education relating to appetite control, the importance of regular eating, making healthier food choices based on energy density and portion size and explains how to read and interpret food labels and ingredient lists.
