Group Exercise Classes

We have 2 dedicated studios and over 50 weekly classes, in addition to an indoor cycle studio which can accommodate 18 people. We offer 50 classes on the weekly timetable, which range from high energy, dynamic classes such as Indoor Cycling, Body Pump and Boxing Circuits in addition to a choice of more relaxing holistic classes, such as Pilates and 3 different types of yoga, including Vinyasa Flow, Astanga and Yin yoga.

All the studio classes are delivered to a high standard by fully qualified fitness professionals to ensure members receive an effective, safe and enjoyable workout. The varied timetable means that there is a choice of class types in the day and evening, as well as on a Saturday and Sunday morning and no pre-booking is necessary.
