The City Point Club is a wonderfully peaceful and restorative haven in the City of London. The environment is conducive to relaxation with delightfully luxurious spa facilities (wide and heated massage beds, therapeutic oils and balms, calming music and comfortable surroundings).
I find the staff to be responsive, friendly and thoroughly professional...they always go the extra mile.
In my view, the treatment schedule and quality of professional staff is excellent.
All in all, a trip to City Point is a treat indeed!

The Spa environment at the CityPoint Club.is second to none in terms of comfort, relaxation and quality of ambiance. The whole ’experience’ is one of luxury and geared towards the individual. In terms of customer service it is highly personalized and you have the feeling that people have the time to interact and communicate with you at all times.
The staff also go out of their way to help if you have any queries. I have experienced many of the treatments and have never been disappointed. The therapists are highly trained and have an acute sense of personal space and take great care and trouble to make the treatments as relaxing as possible In all I am absolutely delighted that I found CityPoint .The staff are exceptional and the club itself is outstanding.

Everyone at the club is extremely pleasant and helpful from the minute you arrive in the lift and are met by the happy reception staff to the trainers in the gym and the ladies in the spa.
A very good selection is offered at competitive prices - each spa technician tries to make you feel really special - even when you are having a bad hair day.

I enjoy coming to the Citypoint spa: the environment is calm and welcoming. Your customer service is excellent: although it might be worth making it easier to make bookings, the therapists are always attentive and professional, and the quality of treatments is invariably good.
I always look forward to my visits, and they always achieve their purpose of decreasing levels of stress and leaving me calmer and better able to focus.
